Refund & Returns Policy
Every LN Watches piece is handcrafted with intention, carrying stories of South African culture and identity. We want you to feel completely confident in what you wear. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work when you shop with LN Watches, South Africa.
1. Return Eligibility & 14-Day Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn and in undamaged condition
- Have all original packaging, tags, and protective materials
- Show no signs of water damage, stretching, or impact damage
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions, as each hand-beaded strap is crafted with care and cannot be restored to new condition once worn.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange, please email our team at info@lnwatches.co.za within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include the following details in your email:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Reason for the return or exchange
- For defective items, clear photos of the issue
We will respond with next steps, including the return address and any applicable shipping guidance. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
3. Exchanges (Including Size Swaps)
We want your strap to feel as good as it looks. Where stock allows, we offer exchanges for:
- Size swaps for Apple Watch straps (e.g. S to L or L to S)
- Like-for-like exchanges for the same design in a different size
- Defective items that arrive damaged or with a manufacturing fault
For size-related exchanges on non-defective items, return shipping is at your cost. Once we receive and approve the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement according to your region’s shipping options.
If an item is confirmed to be defective on arrival, we will provide a full replacement of the same style at no additional product cost.
4. Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
Many of our designs are created in small runs, but some pieces are custom or made-to-order to reflect your specific preferences.
These custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the rare case of a confirmed manufacturing defect. This is because each piece is handcrafted uniquely for you.
5. International Orders & Returns
LN Watches ships globally from South Africa. For customers outside South Africa:
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping to South Africa for returns or exchanges (including size swaps).
- Once your return is approved and processed, LN Watches will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item back to you for exchanges and confirmed defective items.
- Any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees paid on the original order are not refundable by LN Watches and may be subject to your local regulations.
6. Refunds & Processing Timelines
Once your returned item reaches us, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets our return criteria (unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging).
If your return is approved for a refund, we will process it to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days of receiving the item. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the funds in your account.
If a refund is not approved, our team will contact you via email with a clear explanation and options, where possible.
7. Care & Responsibility
Every LN Watches strap is hand-beaded with care by artisans whose work carries South African heritage into your everyday life. To honour that craftsmanship and help your piece last:
- Avoid prolonged water exposure (including swimming, bathing, or heavy sweating).
- Remove your strap for high-impact activities that could cause pulling, snagging, or breakage.
- Store your strap in its protective packaging when not in use.
Damage caused by improper care, impact, or water exposure is not considered a manufacturing defect and will not qualify for a refund.
