2. Shipping Times & Costs

Each strap is handcrafted with care. Once your order is ready to leave our studio, the following delivery timeframes and rates apply. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

These timeframes are estimates provided by our logistics partners and may be extended by customs processing or local delivery conditions in your country.

3. Duties, Taxes & Customs

LN Watches is committed to a smooth, transparent experience from checkout to delivery. Because we ship from South Africa, some international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes set by your local authorities.

EU orders under €150
For orders shipping to EU countries with a total value under €150, we collect VAT at checkout under our IOSS registration. This means your strap should be delivered without additional VAT charges at the door, helping you avoid unexpected costs on arrival.

EU orders over €150 & all other international destinations
For EU orders above €150, and for all shipments to the UK, USA, Australia and Rest of World, your local customs office may apply import duties, taxes or handling fees once your parcel reaches the destination country. These charges are assessed and collected by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We know customs processes can feel complex, especially when you are investing in a meaningful piece. Our team is always available to share any information we can provide from our side, and to guide you with documentation where possible, but we are not able to override or pre-calculate decisions made by local customs offices.

4. Packaging, Insurance & Tracking

Each LN Watches strap is treated as a work of wearable art. From the hands that bead every ucu pattern to the final moment you open the box, we design the experience with the same care.

• Premium packaging — Every band is presented in a branded gift box, ready to be given or kept as a personal treasure.
• Fully insured — All shipments are insured in transit for peace of mind, from our studio in South Africa to your address.
• Tracked delivery — A tracking number is provided for every order as soon as your parcel is dispatched, so you can follow its journey to you.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will work with our logistics partners to resolve the issue.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Each LN Watches strap carries a story, but we understand that sometimes a piece does not feel quite right once it arrives. We offer a considered returns policy to honour both you and the artisans behind every bead.

Return window: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging. Items must be free from signs of wear or alteration.

Custom and personalised orders: Because these straps are created specifically for you — whether through custom sizing, colour stories, or personalised designs — they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the rare case of a manufacturing fault.
